Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your A. Soliani footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and branded shoebox, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
